This issue of HR Connect attempts to address some thought provoking HR issues like Employee development, Performance assessment metrics, Management of interpersonal conflict and others. Inputs are invited - articles, letters, snippets, advertisements, including questions to Ranjan... anything that you feel is good enough to be shared within the NHRD community. Write to us at nhrd.bangalore@vsnl.net. We will be glad to hear from you. Regards, Edit Team |
